Common troubleshooting
Locate problems by checking the account, key, model, client, and network in order.
Start from the symptom
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Unauthorized | Bearer header, key status, expiration, and IP allowlist |
| Insufficient balance or limit | Account balance and key spending limits |
| Model unavailable | Model ID, key group, and channel status |
| Rate limited | Concurrency, rate limits, and short-period spending limits |
| Connection timeout | Default or Asia-Pacific endpoint, channel status, proxy, and network |
Recommended order
- 1
Account
Confirm that usable balance or trial credit remains.
- 2
API key
Check status, expiration, and spending/IP/rate limits.
- 3
Model
Match the model ID to the key group.
- 4
Channel
Review live status and recent availability.
- 5
Client
Check the base URL, protocol, and Bearer authentication.
- 6
Network
Test both endpoints and check proxies or firewalls.
